Extremely disappointed with India Express regarding flight IX1259 from Kolkata (CCU) to Chennai (MAA), PNR: J36DNV. The flight has been delayed by more than 1 hour 15 minutes due to a technical issue, but passengers are being made to wait without proper updates. Many passengers, including children and elderly people, are feeling uncomfortable and suffocated.
Passenger safety is important, but so is proper communication and passenger care during delays. We request Air India Express to provide clear information and ensure basic comfort for all affected passengers.
