Nisha Alex has observed that our clothing industry has been neglecting healthy sized women. She has seen and experienced the difficulty in finding something elegant and comfortable for apple and pear shaped women.

" That's when I thought of doing something for women like me who have very limited options in clothes. In most boutiques, sizes stop at 2XL. " says Nisha. Three months back, she gave life to her baby - Nish Creations. This week, the brand had a sale at Lotus Club.

" My cuts and the comfort that I can offer is what makes me different. " adds Nisha. " Today a lady came in and when she saw the clothes, heaved a sigh of relief and said "finally I got something for my size." And that made my day. I feel happy that I am doing this now."

Nish Creations will be available at Nisha's store in Thopumpady. Very soon, the label will occupy the racks of many popular boutiques in Cochin.
