Threads Clasilks, which started off as a small but dynamic business, is a contemporary Indian boutique. Revered for our panoply of curated products from indigenous artisans across India. We are a living context, whose splendour progressively and precisely becomes apparent through it's warmth and materials. Located at the iconic Main Avenue of Panampilly Nagar, Cochin, the store is renown for its traditional architecture and distinctive aura.
Since our inception in 2003, we have been promoting the skills of Indian artisans who meet our discretion and philosophy of “less is more”. Whether its our clothes or accessories, we believe, they must have integrity. They must be designed in a way that they can live with anything you have. We are admired for our melange of colours and craftsmanship which offers some fine clothing, known to stand the test of time. Our traditional textiles have been particularly lauded for their purity and simplicity.
While we have been constantly evolving in the last few years, we firmly embrace our core values of tradition and sophistication. Our eclectic collection is a medley of traditional Indian artefacts, along with, creations from some of the newer Indian artists. We have endorsed many of the modern contemporaries in Indian fashion to Kerala, the otherwise, quaint southern region of India.
As a strong proponent of sustainable fashion, we take a conscious effort to source responsibly and opt for artists and craftsmen who subscribe to our high ethical standards. Our textiles are handpicked from various villages across India and curated by our founder. We constantly strive to support artists, who incorporate innovative tactics to traditional methodology, to help our community grow together in a holistic and environmentally conscious manner.
