⚫ Remember, our handmade products may not always be exactly the same. Variations in colour, shading, texture, and shape are inherent in a handmade item. No two items are alike so every single one is one-of-a-kind. This means that every handmade item you purchase is also one-of-a-kind.
⚫ If the product you order has any size, please cross-check the size well before mentioning it. If there is any problem with the size later, we will be helpless.
⚫ We do not have any return/refund policy. If you receive any faulty product, you can notify us within 24 hours of product receive and we will replace it with the correct product.
⚫ Kindly make sure to make an opening video of the parcel to face any kind of circumstances in the future. The opening video should be from the very beginning since you receive the parcel till the very end (Uncut Opening Video). Without the proper opening video, we won't be able to help you.
⚫ Video must be sent within 24 hours after receiving the product. After that, no complaints will be entertained.
