Really appreciate the hard work of KP.
I would like to know, is there any traffic rule in India,which allows auto rickshaws and bikes without helmet, in a road, which is otherwise One Way.
Today i was "caught" by an Officer near Park Circus towards 4 No. Bridge. (At the 4no.bridge signal)
All autorickshaws and bikers without helmet were freely going, when i protested, saying all the vehicles are plying, hence i did too, not understanding that its one way traffic, i was told, autorickshaws and bikes are allowed.
Can you please validate this, in writing at the no entry point. So such harrassment is not faced by the common public.
