The Spinning Wheel by us Dibyashish and Sunandita had started off in 2016 in a small portico in our House in BT Road Kolkata. It was mainly an online platform.I, Sunand

ita had this brainchild after leaving my corporate life of 10 years when our child Aarav was born in 2014.However the love we received from its patrons encouraged us to expand this Handloom House into a physical entity in 2017 and thereby our first Studio at 41 Hindustan Park was born. Dibyashish later quit his 14 year old corporate life to join me and thus pursue The Spinning Wheel more passionately. Our hardwork paid off and we were really appreciated by all our patrons which further encouraged us to take up our second studio in 2019. The Spinning Wheel is a power house of handlooms where we create and curate handloom and handspun sarees and other merchandise for our patrons. We strictly follow the basic mantra that Quality and Service Comes before anything else. We guarantee you the best ambience, the best team work and the best service apart from the best sarees under one roof.
