For 1999AD founder Amita, every silhouette holds a story - but this one holds a heartbeat.

When it came time to design the Haldi outfit for her daughter, Abhisri, the creative process shifted. It was no longer just about the drape, the texture, or the palette; it was about weaving a mother’s deepest wishes into the fabric all while keeping her festivities theme in mind. Amita wanted the ensemble to feel as radiant, effortless, and full of joy as Abhisri herself.
