Overall Store Management:
Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring it runs smoothly, and efficiently, and meets company standards.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and store appearance.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise store staff.
Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and motivation among employees. o Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of merchandise is available. o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish stock and manage deliveries.
Sales and Financial Management:
Set and achieve sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them.Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profitability. Prepare and control the store’s budget, including expenditures and revenues.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Visual Merchandising:
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and guidelines. Ensure store layout and displays are attractive and appealing to customers.
Safety and Security:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff. Implement and enforce loss prevention and security policies.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports.Handle administrative tasks such as employee scheduling, payroll, and documentation.
Promotions and Marketing:
Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase sales.
Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders plus visit clients if needed.
Salary, Perks and Commission:
Gross Salary will be 18,000 INR + incentives
