I’ve been thinking a lot about how much of a collection should be produced upfront versus letting customers tell me what they actually want.

This one was a good reminder that sometimes, you don’t need to have everything ready before you know there’s interest.

For Muzna, I’d rather build thoughtfully, make fewer pieces, and produce more of what genuinely resonates.

Would you prefer brands to make limited pieces on request, or have everything readily available?
