This World Environment Day, Vardhman teams across locations came together with a shared commitment towards building a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒฑ

At ๐•๐š๐ซ๐๐ก๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž, the celebrations were marked with plantation drives led by senior management including Ms. Suchita Jain, Mr. Neeraj Jain, Mr. S.K. Jhamb, Mr. Vikas Kumar, Mr. Rajeev Mehani, Mr. Vasant Bisen, Mr. Ravijyot Singh, along with our Environment Team, reinforcing the message that sustainability begins with collective action.

To encourage eco-conscious everyday habits, glass bottles were distributed among employees to help reduce plastic waste, promote safer hydration, and strengthen our ESG practices. Saplings were also distributed to inspire tree plantation initiatives at homes and within communities. ๐ŸŒฟ

The event was inaugurated by Unit Head Mr. Mukesh Saxena, who highlighted the importance of environmental conservation and Vardhmanโ€™s ongoing sustainability efforts towards cleaner and more energy-efficient operations.

On the occasion of the birthday celebration of Padma Bhushan Shri S.P. Oswal, a Blood Donation Camp was organized at Vardhman Fabrics, bringing employees together for a noble cause dedicated towards society and humanity.

The camp was inaugurated by respected CGM Sir, Mr. Harsh Mani Tripathi, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees who came forward to contribute selflessly through blood donation. Donors were felicitated with certificates and mementos in appreciation of their valuable contribution.

Quality Circle has never been just a practice at Vardhman.. it has been a part of the organizationโ€™s culture since 1984, reflecting a long-standing commitment towards employee involvement, continuous improvement, and participative management.

Taking this legacy forward, Vardhman Baddi recently conducted a 6-day Quality Circle Refresher Training Program from 4th to 9th May 2026 at Auro Club, Baddi, engaging around 171 QC practitioners and senior officials across the Spinning and Fabric divisions.

The initiative focused on revitalizing the Quality Circle culture by strengthening understanding around QC principles, problem-solving techniques, teamwork, and implementation-oriented learning across operational areas.

The sessions witnessed enthusiastic participation and encouragement from senior leadership, including President & Director Incharge Mr. IMJS Sidhu, CGMs Mr. Mukesh Saxena and Mr. Gurpreet Singh, along with Operation Heads and senior officials reflecting Vardhmanโ€™s continued emphasis on people development and continuous learning.

Our advanced treatment process combines Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and selective Ion Exchange separation to efficiently treat dye bath wastewater and recover dissolved salts in the form of reusable brine.
