At Vardhman, we believe some of the most valuable knowledge lies in the experience, judgement and practical insights of our people.
The Learning Circle was created to bridge knowledge gaps across units and functions by creating a platform to share experiences, challenge existing practices and learn from real business situations.

The first edition brought together colleagues from Commercial & Accounts across Vardhman units to discuss business challenges, revisit processes and SOPs, identify gaps and share best practices. The initiative helped participants learn from each otherโ€™s experiences, strengthen process understanding, and identify practices that can be replicated across businesses.

More importantly, it helped convert individual experience into collective knowledge, reduce dependency on individual know-how, and enable smoother and more consistent ex*****on.
The Learning Circle Excellence Award and Voice of the Circle Award recognized meaningful contributions and encouraged a culture of curiosity and collaboration.

Special appreciation to Mr. Sunil Tangri, Head โ€“ Unit Commercial & Accounts, Auro Textiles, for facilitating this initiative and sharing his valuable insights.
