• THE DANCE OF DIVINE LOVE •
Only divine love fills the heart with peace and bliss. The collection owes its genesis to the enigmatic Rasalila of Lord Krishna, depicting love and colorful lives. The designs connect contemporary to traditional ideas. The colour palette for the fabrics has been borrowed from nature in shades of mint, depicting nature’s greenery, blush pink sneaking in from the mythological Lotus Flower and Carolina blue stolen from Lord Krishna’s body complexion. These colors are typically synonymous to spring season. Silhouettes vary from fit to flary and the net and tissue fabrics used in some of the garments represent the transparency in Radha Krishna's love. Satin georgette has been used to drape the traditional saree in a contemporary style, and varieties of silk for adding the element of royalty that existed in that era. The garments have been designed to portray balance and harmony, variety in similarity and textures in color. The designer has played with romance between Lord Krishna & Radha as the feeling, taking nature as the perfect background to depict this environment, which is done justice to by the galaxy of intricate and interesting floral embroideries on all the garments.
