emporary and dynamic times, and has never shied away from making necessary investments in latest acclaimed machineries and equipments. Our plant is equipped with the following imported machinery :
1. Karl Mayer Warping & Sizing machines with a capacity of 1 lakh meters production/day.
2. TOYOTA JAT710 Weaving machines – 68 Nos. with 25000 meters per day production
3. Automatic Inspection & Packing machines.
4. Modern material handling equipments. With the above impeccable machinery infrastructure, we are capable of producing 10 million meters of Greige/Grey fabrics per annum. Although we are capable of making any kind of fabric as per the specific needs of our Customers, we have our finesse in the following products:
1. 100% Cotton.
2. BCI Fabrics.
3. Organic Fabrics.
4. Viscose Fabrics.
5. Stretch Fabrics.
6. Super soft Fabrics produced out of Modal & Tencel yarns.
7. Other specialized Giza and Slub Fabrics. Our Customers always stay rest assured that we would never compromise on the quality of raw materials and we stand to source the best of Yarn to produce the finest Woven fabric. All our Greige Fabrics are with first Dyeable Export grade that is widely accepted and recognized by all our prominent Customers in India & abroad as well. There is a formidable work force of more than 500 people in the factory, who are conceivably the best in their respective fields, and are prepared to delve into intricate details to ensure the quality is maintained at the highest possible level. KTM is proud to announce their Flagship Spinning Mill project at Varalotti Village in Virudhunagar district which is set to commence its Commercial operations in the beginning of FY 2023-24. The Spinning division is equipped with 25000 Spindles capacity to manufacture Viscose & Vortex yarn with State of the Art infrastructure facilities. The management of KTM is gearing up to make the high quality yarn that can be bench-marked against the best in our fraternity. We will be glad to share more details in the days ahead.
