What happens when you take a handcrafted rug out of the showroom… and put it in front of the next generation of designers? 👀

We walked up to random design students and asked them one simple question: “What do you think about this rug?”

No brand pitch. No context. Just raw first impressions.

And honestly? The reactions were better than we expected.

Some noticed the detailing. Some talked about the texture and craftsmanship. Some started analysing the color story like it was a thesis project 😭

But the best part was seeing how design speaks differently to everyone. One rug. So many perspectives.

In a world full of mass production, it felt refreshing to watch people pause… observe… and genuinely appreciate something handmade.

This is exactly why we do what we do.
