Looking for a fun and high-protein meal idea for kids? This Healthy Pizza is cheesy, flavourful and made with simple ingredients your kids will love

Ingredients
For the Filling
* Bell pepper – ⅓ cup
* Onion
* Paneer – ½ cup
* Olives
* Little Joys Tomato Sauce
For the Dough
* Whole wheat flour – 1½ cups
* Milk – ⅓ cup
* Curd – ¼ cup
* Little Joys Protein Mix – 1 scoop
* Salt – 1 tsp
* Baking powder – 1 tsp

Method
In a bowl, mix paneer, bell pepper, onion, olives and Little Joys Tomato Sauce to prepare the filling.
In another bowl, add whole wheat flour, milk, curd, Little Joys Protein Mix, salt and baking powder. Knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a roti, add the prepared filling and fold it into a triangle shape.
Cook it tandoor style on a hot pan until golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve warm with Little Joys Tomato Sauce
A flavourful, protein-rich meal that’s fun to eat and perfect.

These Ragi Choco Lava Cakes are soft, chocolaty and made with wholesome ingredients — perfect for a delicious homemade treat.

Ingredients:
* Yogurt – ½ cup
* Jaggery powder – ½ cup
* Melted butter
* Whole wheat atta – ½ cup
* Ragi flour – 2 tbsp
* Cocoa powder – 1½ tbsp
* Milk – ½ cup
* Baking soda – ¼ tsp
* Little Joys Chocolate Spread

Method:
In a bowl, mix yogurt and jaggery powder. Add melted butter and mix well.
In another bowl, combine whole wheat atta, ragi flour, cocoa powder and vanilla. Add the prepared mixture along with milk and mix into a smooth batter. Add baking soda and mix lightly.
Grease an appe maker with ghee and add a little batter. Add Little Joys Chocolate Spread in the centre and top with more batter.
Cook on both sides until soft and fully cooked.
Serve warm and enjoy the gooey chocolate centre — a delicious homemade lava cake with the goodness of ragi 😍
