I dont know how you feel about fast fashion but i feel now there are too many designs and too many types of looks and too many people dressing to belong in a certain class or not to ,or to rebel , sometimes i like uniformity and stick to a look - classic is best , how do you feel about fast fashion ? Do you think it is being manipulated for us to spend more and more ? As a person who had a boutique and now have a sustainable fashion brand i feel a look should be a honest reflection of who we are or want to be , i feel new age fashion and todays world is forcing us to be all and everything - taking away into our individuality , while the choice may be ours eventually i feel they are selling a dream just out of our grasp
Thats probably the reason i launched my brand - slow fashion , Soma Philosophia its about compassionate fashion , ethically sourced , regional - a uniform of cream and beige black linens and for colour the banjara bags and jewellery

The best way to love yourself is to practice Yoga , on this i m afraid i have fallen short ! Neglecting oneself is terrible as it forces you to come face to face with the consequences. I am prone to a bit of hip stiffness and yoga kept me limber , this post is a that in this chaotic life do not lose touch with your innerself !
