The oblique drift of colour, slanting softly across the warp and weft in this dainty Rangkat. A form which is one of Banaras’ most guarded techniques, a quiet marvel reserved for the most seasoned karigars. In this heirloom, the vibrance of primrose yellow and papaya peach, dissolving into pale pink and capri blue and tea green before deepening into a bright marigold that frames the saree in a floral border.
