Steps for exchanging the purchased item:
1. To exchange a product, send us an email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please mention the order number along with the details of exchange. Exchanges won’t be entertained extending the time slot.
2. Our delivery person will collect the product from your address. Please keep the label in good condition for readability.
3. Once we receive your parcel and pass it through a quality test to check for any defaults from your end, we’ll confirm with you your desired style/size for exchange.
4. The exchanged item will be sent to you on your address within a time span of 7 days.
5. We do not offer returns and exchange on International orders due to the dual application of custom duty and costly courier charges. However, in some rare cases, you can contact us and our team can work through it. Note: Your exchange request won’t be entertained in case the product is damaged or used.
