We have come across women who are dispraised for running businesses but here we have someone who has been supported and cheered for doing what she wants, which gives other women hope that the world is slowly but surely changing.
“I am really happy that I have never been treated differently for being a woman who runs a business.” You and yours by Mihika is a small business run by Mihika Pacheriwala and she talks to us about her journey. Mihika has had a love for accessories since she was a kid. “There aren't a lot of accessories stuff available in Nagpur.” You and yours by Mihika was a random and in the moment decision that started on 1st July 2021. Mihika strongly believes in women empowerment and that women can successfully run businesses too. She had to face initial problems like social media marketing, time limitations, etc. Mihika was never discriminated or criticized for running a business as a woman and rather, her family, friends, and everyone were very supportive of her which she is thankful for. She is also intolerant of such people who treat women differently. “You should do what you want to, you are not inferior to anyone and people’s opinions do not matter.” This is what Mihika wants to convey to those women who are criticized for working as a woman.
