Ujaas is a small, young store retailing handmade bags and accessories, made with a lot of love, care and attention to detail. It is run by me, Rehmat, with the help of my sister, Khatija. My mom taught me to sew and my sewing adventures started with making clothes and pillows for my barbies. At Ujaas this adventure continues. I strive to make products that are happy and useful. Ujaas means light in Gujarati, my mothertongue.
