Kesari Nariyal Laddoo
Recipe-
Ingredients:
1\2 kg dry coconut powder
1\2 L milk
800 gm grained sugar
150g water
few strands of kesar
7-8 pistachios
few drops of edible yelllow colour

Method:Take coconut powder. Separate 25gms.In the rest add milk.Keep aside. Take sugar,add water,and make a sugar syrup of 2 thread consistency. Add colour to sugar syrup.Add the soaked coconut powder.Mix well and cook a little,stirring continuously to give a sticky effect.Remove from heat.Let it cool. Make balls of walnut size and roll on 25gms separated coconut powder. Mix kesar in 1tsp warm water.Decorate a dot on the laddoo. Slice pistachio into 2 halves and place on the kesar dot. laddoos are ready to serve.
