9 years. One amazing team. Two unforgettable days in Lonavala. ❤️⛰️

This year, HiCare’s 9th Foundation Day was not celebrated in the office—it was celebrated with laughter, games, music, good food, and the people who make HiCare special every day. 🎉

We took a break from meetings, targets, calls, and deadlines to simply enjoy the journey together.

There were competitive games, unexpected talents, endless photographs, loud cheers, and plenty of moments that will be remembered long after the celebration. 😄

Yesterday, we celebrated Guru Purnima — a day that reminds us to be grateful for the people who guided us, believed in us, corrected us, and helped us become better versions of ourselves. 🙏

As a leader, holds a deeper meaning for me.

I believe is not just about guiding a team, achieving targets, or growing a business.

It is also about helping people grow with you. To share what you have learned. To give someone confidence when they doubt themselves.

To create opportunities for people to discover their potential.

And most importantly, to help them reach a stage where they can guide and inspire others too.

I have learned from many people throughout my journey — seniors, mentors, colleagues, my team, and sometimes even from the challenges we faced together.
