1. Since, the sarees are handwoven!

Parcel opening video is must for damage claims and return consideration.

2. extra threads, black threads, handloom marks, threads pulling and jumping are common and these are not considered as damages.

3. Returns will be considered only for damages in the sarees! And it should be reported within a day time! And the damage should be recorded in the parcel opening video without any cut!

4. Saree

which is been returned must be in a proper folding! If there is any misfolds saree will be sent back to you!

5. Exchange of the saree will be done after receiving the saree in good condition! As mentioned above!

6. Digital images, Expect 5 - 10% color variations! No returns are entertained for slight variations in color and products is not as expected! Everyone's perception differs in quality!

7. Saree will not be hold/booked without payment.

* Returns will be considered only for damages in the saree. Not definitely for any other reason!

* No return accepted without parcel opening video.
