An how could I let the opportunity to wear a saree go by? Wearing a 20+ year old paisley print crepe saree - a gift for mom which I wore more than her and continue to do. Paired the sraee with layered pearls.

16 Nov 2025 had us walking into our 3rd wedding anniversary with laughter, love,food and warmth of our core loved ones around us ♥️
And yes cutting gulab jamuns to celebrate was a first 😀
Sure was a happy anniversary🎉

Saree day - a cotton silk saree was my pick, worn with contrast pink stone earrings to go with the palla, instead of silver choker and earrings which would have been my first choice.

A very warm thankyou to everyone who wished us on the day and continues to wish us.

A happy day made happier with good company & good food 💕

An old crepe saree came out of hiding, bringing memories of my erstwhile mad shopping spree days, days when I earned money,and spent most of it collecting quality clothes and jewellery. Definitely was fun while it lasted 🥰

Paired the saree with a single string of pearls in cream to go with the saree hues.

Life as we realised over the past few weeks, is too fragile to keep what makes us happy,for another day.
So out came my white linen saree and Mom's pearls for an afternoon lunch in the city.

Wearing a comfortable kurta set with my 92.5 silver earrings, my go to outfit since ages. No necklace as the embroidery on the kurta is heavy, any neckpiece would be an eye sore to the entire look.
