We are excited to announce that we will be making our own kantha blankets, working directly with these skilled ladies in Santinikaten, West Bengal.
We are buying cotton saris from street sellers in Kolkata and bringing them here to the village to be stitched.
It's important to us to trace every step of the making process, including the fabric, and to support directly the artisans who are an essential part of our clothing manufacture.

We've been busy over in Benglal sourcing kantha-stitched fabric for the new Raggydolls collection which will be ready in time for the start of season down in Goa in October, which is also when we'll be launching the new collection online.
We have some really special things planned, here's a cheeky teaser...

Here we go again! Choosing saris for this year's Raggydolls clothing. This year we'll be adding soft and floaty cotton sari fabric to our collection, watch this space to see what we come up with!

Our market days are Wednesday daytime (morning/early afternoon in the UK) and Friday nights (UK afternoon).
