What you see – Monsoon store located on 18th June Road in Goa is a woman’s delight. Bang opposite Barons (ladies division), lies this women’s lingerie and accessories store.
Though Monsoon can pass off as an exclusive store for women’s lingerie, there is a small section on the ground floor for other accessories too. All lingerie items are exhibited beautifully on mannequins (at the entrance) and throughout the store on racks and hangers. The entire top floor is dedicated only to lingerie and under garments. These are displayed under suitable labels indicating the brands.
What you get - Monsoon has ace** selections in all kinds of lingerie,nightwear and under garments for women. These are available in a wide range of designs and colors in brands like Triumph International, Amante, B-Witch, Pretty Secret, Enamor, Loveable, Trylo, Jockey, Hanes etc.
Further, fine fashion jewellery, elegant hair accessories are available too. Stylish designs in jewellery including gorgeous fresh water pearls, fashion necklaces, pendants, rings, bracelets, bangles and earrings are available in addition to classy hair clips. These are displayed in and around the counter table at the entrance.
Monsoon also has a limited collection of cloth bags, swim wear and casual footwear.
verdict – Monsoon is the only stores in Goa that sells such a massive selection of big brands in women’s lingerie. Hence a visit here is totally worthwhile. Parking space is available. Credit cards are accepted. Service offered is very good. Trial rooms are provided on both the floors.
