Happy Sunday 🌞 keeping calm and carrying on … this Friday some Jiva/ yin blend at - 10 am Wimbledon park - - also teaching free yoga class Tuesday at 7 pm - and calmly starting the edit of the Quadrophina doc - plus catch me Friday on radio sow with - chatting about the upcoming documentary .film about rescuing animals on the front line in Ukraine - I EP’d this project for ❤️❤️

So proud the film .film has been accepted into the ..

RESCUE is a documentary about animal rescuers on the frontlines — people from every background, united by the choice to save all lives, without distinction of species.

When I first saw the footage, I knew I had to come on board as an Executive Producer, working with and , I couldn’t be more proud of these two and everyone involved in the doc- this is powerful and brave .. it highlights the plight of animals in a warzone- gives you some hope but breaking your heart at the same time -
