One of the widely applicable splicing solutions for industrial yarns, P250 Pawan Bandh Yarn Splicer is simple to operate and easy to handle just like all other stand alone pneumatic splicers by Phoenix. The splicer comes with four types of chambers, consumes air between 4-6 bar and is suitable for industrial yarns from 470 to 9000 dtex. It can also splice glass fiber from 70 to 400 tex.

To ensure that quality of splice is as desired, first step is to select right product model. After the right model is purchased and used over time period and your yarn splicer is not giving desired splice strength anymore, there could be any one or more of the following reasons behind it –

1.Air pressure inside the chamber is not sufficient.

2.Duration of blast is short.

3.The tail ends could be shorter than required.

4.The rubber pad might have been damaged.

By fixing above conditions, quality of splice done can be restored easily. After these issues are fixed and still splice is not up to mark, then maybe it’s time to get a new one.
