On this auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, had started Leena’s Collective last year. It’s been a year when I started this journey with 37 sarees and today have grown to many from the best wishes of all. I’ve learnt, taught and thoroughly enjoying my journey. I’ve met so many unknown people who have bought sarees from me on trust and have loved them. A bonding has surely formed and will always try to give the best to all. A wide variety in Kalamkari fabric, hand printed Kalamkari sarees, Narayanpet Cotton, Kalyani Cotton, Linen Cotton, Khadi Cotton, Ikkat, Banarasi, Khun, Kantha work, Gadi Dadhi and Patteda Anchu sarees are always there. A Shubh Gudi Padwa to all.🙏🏼

Last year had posted Cotton Linen sarees as my first post, this year introducing the Patteda Anchu Handloom sarees. These originate from Karnataka giving a blend of simplicity and classic appeal.

“Just like Kalamkari comes from Andhra let’s dive in today to Karnataka for the lovely Kasuti sarees. Kasuti is a traditional form of folk embroidery that originated in north Karnataka. It involves intricate patterns like chariot, lamps, conch shells, animals and birds making the simple fabric more appealing.
