“कधी कधी आपण केलेली अगदी छोटी गोष्ट… समोरच्याचा पूर्ण दिवस सुंदर करून जाते!” ❤️

आज सकाळी walking ला जाण्याआधी नेहमीप्रमाणे WhatsApp messages check करत होते.
सकाळी messages चा अक्षरशः ढीग असतो! 😄

त्यात एक message होता — Dr. Vinay Pawar यांचा.

First-time buyer होते आणि त्यांनी दोन Kurta Fabrics साठी payment केलेली होती.

Payment दिसताच मी नेहमीप्रमाणे reply केला —

“Yes, payment received with gratitude. Booking your parcel today. Once you receive it, please let me know.”

बस्स… एवढंच!

हा माझ्यासाठी रोजच्या business मधला एक अगदी साधा आणि routine message आहे. प्रत्येक customer ची payment receive झाली की मी असंच acknowledge करते.

पण थोड्याच वेळात त्यांचा message आला…

ते म्हणाले की इतक्या लवकर reply मिळेल अशी त्यांना अपेक्षाच नव्हती. त्यांनी माझ्या business साठी शुभेच्छा दिल्या आणि मला “truly a dedicated businesswoman” असंही म्हटलं. ❤️

खरं सांगायचं तर…
