With a plan to setup chain of personal on campus Laundromats across India, TLB is already making waves and providing a hygienic, clean and economical laundry solution to people in Pune and Raipur. TLB was setup with a concept where any soiled / stained laundry

could be washed and 100% dried in a clean & hygienic environment in just an hour. What makes us unique is we provide our customers with the services they desire and deserve ensuring they get 100% hygienic clothes by not mixing the laundry of our valuable clients in the process of wash and dry, we take care of all this through high quality "state of the art" Professional Laundry equipment, personal assistance during wash & fold, steam press, pick up & drop off service. TLB has marked its strong presence in Pune with 3 outlets and 3 collection centers covering all Symbiosis International University campuses and is reaching to other Colleges and campuses in the city and country strategically. TLB is now present in 3 cities Pune, Raipur And Goa soon to start with Indore and Bhopal.

An on-going journey towards excellence !

Two young energetic and creative minds sharpening their skills at Symbiosis International University, suddenly realised that their clan's positive energy and time is going down the drain managing their wardrobes. Moreover the tight budget and busy schedules made the youth compromise on the quality of their attire and sharpness of their energetic aura.

The two great minds started working on saviour mode during the peak summer season of June 2014 and created the most successful model of wardrobe management for hard-working, surviving on family funded tight budget students. Since the Laundromat worked on a processing clothes as per bag size, the foundation stone of most successful model in the laundry industry was laid, a revolutionary brand called "The Laundry Bag".

The challenge was to change the mindset about Laundry which has always been crudely tagged socially as Dhobi work. The professional side started working overtime and a state-of-art laundry setup was designed where wardrobes were treated or rather pampered in a 100% moisture-less, clean, and hygienic environment; all in just an hour. A wardrobe spa in a true sense wherein the clothes are picked from doorsteps, processed with utmost care depending on their fabric, feel and brand standard by using the most environmental friendly industrial chemicals which not only restores and revives but adds life to the owners favourite wears delivering it on-time every time.

The duo worked diligently on their unit, auditing it minutely to make a prototype which was a cookie cutter and replicated it successfully at Pune, Raipur and Delhi. After marking their first strong presence in Pune with 3 outlets and 3 collection units covering all Symbiosis International University campuses, The Laundry Bag started being called as TLB, the yo-name given by the yo-generation reached out to other colleges and campuses in the city and country. TLB has always followed a simple absolute laundry mantra, “If it’s dirty, we got to clean it!” Today, TLB has captured not only the household laundry market but has also entered into the other segments of cleaning, such as Dry-Cleaning, Leather Care, Delicate Garment Care, Saree Polishing, On-site/spot Sofa, Carpets & Upholstery Cleaning, etc

TLB was working great on B2C (Business to Customer) model till 2015 during when a revolution struct and TLB started thinking on B2B (Business to Business) and the BOO model was born for Hospitality and Healthcare sector. BOOM (Built-own and operate Model) was introduced to the leading brands of Hospitality and Healthcare both at Capital city NCR and Chattisgarh. TLB worked on a model which was less space eating monster, technically advance, environmental friendly and very cost effective to the leading brands in India.

TLB is now looking forward to broadening its horizons, essentially in the linen management and Rental Sector. Some successful pilot projects with a few hotels and hospitals under the linen rental program has been rewarding and we at TLB are confident of making a difference to this expandable model. To sum up, TLB is now on a launchpad for research and development, experimentation and diversification into all kinds of models related to laundry and cleaning businesses.

TLB has become a story of two professionals incredible journey, from starting a laundromat to a linen management brand now. It certainly has been a roller-coaster ride of a lifetime that gets even crazier with every new endeavour. Currently present in 6 cities: Pune, Raipur, Kolkata, Chennai, Durg and Goa.
