At Madhusudan Group, social responsibility has always been an integral part of our journey.

This year marked a meaningful milestone as we organised our 25th Blood Donation Camp (Silver Jubilee) at our Palsana facility.

Over the years, this initiative has grown into a tradition driven by compassion, collective effort, and the belief that small actions can make a significant difference.

We are grateful to share that 95 individuals came forward to donate blood, contributing to a cause that supports patients and saves lives when it matters most.

Each donation represents hope for someone in need, whether it is a patient undergoing surgery, an accident victim requiring urgent care, or a child fighting for recovery.

We sincerely thank all the donors, volunteers, and organisers who made this initiative possible. Your willingness to step forward reflects the spirit of humanity and responsibility that Madhusudan Group continues to stand for.

At Madhusudan Group, long-term commitment and continuous learning form the foundation of growth.

One such inspiring journey is that of Sonal Patel, who has been an integral part of the organisation for over 15 years.

Sonal began her career in the Laboratory, where she gained her first exposure to systems and processes. She later transitioned to the Sampling Department, a turning point that shaped her professional journey. Under the guidance of Vikas Maheshwari, Head of Sampling, she learned the complete sampling process through hands-on experience and practical understanding.

Over the years, her role expanded beyond sampling. Today, she contributes across operations coordination, supports travel and visa-related processes, and assists multiple departments with efficiency and calmness.

Her ability to multitask and approach responsibilities with patience has made her a dependable team member.

Sonal believes that no task is difficult if approached with the right mindset. For her, understanding the work clearly and collaborating as a team makes every challenge manageable.

She values the positive culture at Madhusudan Group, from daily morning prayers and motivational thoughts to festive celebrations that bring employees together. These traditions strengthen both discipline and team spirit.

Her advice to new team members is simple yet powerful:
Believe in yourself. Take on challenges without fear. Growth follows confidence and effort.

People of Madhusudan Parivaar – Introducing Prakash Barku Marathe

Prakash Barku Marathe has been a part of Madhusudan Group for nearly 10 years. He joined the organisation in 2016 as a Designer, bringing with him experience in designing and embroidery since 2005.

What began as a design role gradually evolved into a multidimensional journey. Over the years, Prakash expanded his contributions to R&D, sales coordination, and client communication, working closely with multiple teams across the organisation.

Today, he plays an active role in fabric development, technical analysis, and innovation, supporting new programs and assisting the sales team with technical insights. R&D is where his curiosity thrives, especially while working on complex samples involving yarn types, GSM, processing, and chemical treatments.

One of his proudest milestones was developing an in-house fabric that was earlier imported from China, reinforcing the belief that innovation is possible with the right mindset and collaboration.

Prakash values discipline, continuous learning, and balance. He credits Madhusudan Group’s respectful work culture and senior guidance for his growth and looks forward to evolving with the organisation as technology advances.

At Madhusudan Group, we believe responsibility extends beyond business outcomes.

Guided by our principle “I Am Responsible,” we regularly organise free medical and health awareness seminars as part of our ongoing commitment to community well-being and informed decision-making.

The recently concluded 43rd Medical Seminar, focused on a Scientific Approach to Health in Today’s Challenging Environment, was conducted with the objective of creating awareness among the youth through evidence-based discussion and expert insight.

We were honoured to have Dr. R. N. Varma, Retired Scientist from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, lead the session and share his perspective on health through a scientific and rational lens.

People of Madhusudan Parivaar - Introducing Mayur Bhattad

Mayur Bhattad joined Madhusudan Group on 28 October 2020 as a fresher and has grown across multiple functions within the organisation.

He began his journey in the accounts department where he learned the fundamentals of financial processes and internal systems. This helped him build a solid understanding of how the company operates.

He later moved to the digital division and managed platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role introduced him to e commerce operations, documentation, and online brand management.

Mayur’s key turning point came when he transitioned into marketing. The role aligned with his interest in understanding markets, meeting clients, and contributing ideas for new product development. Marketing gave him the opportunity to work closely with market trends and customer needs.

A major milestone in his journey was launching Amazon USA operations for the group. He independently handled packaging, documentation, DHL coordination, and dispatched the first FBA shipment. His invoice sheet was appreciated by DHL for its accuracy and used as a reference for future clients.

Today, Mayur plays an important role in the MRV marketing team. He credits Madhusudan Group for shaping his skills, confidence, and overall professional identity.

Madhusudan Group recently supported a plantation initiative in collaboration with Life2See as part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and community development.

As a result of this joint effort, more than 330 native trees were planted in a 100 square meter area in Althan, Surat creating the foundation for a Miyawaki style urban forest. This plantation will contribute to improved air quality, increased green cover, and long term ecological benefits for the Surat community.

The drive witnessed active participation from over 200 individuals including students, parents, educators, volunteers and local citizens. Their involvement reflects the growing awareness and collective responsibility towards building a greener future.

We extend our appreciation to Fountainhead School and the Life2See team Anant Mundra for their leadership, coordination and continued dedication to youth driven environmental initiatives.

Madhusudan Group remains committed to supporting projects that promote sustainability, community engagement and long term environmental impact.

Further initiatives and awareness activities are planned in the coming months as part of our broader CSR vision.
