In that case, If we found damaged from a customer we can't accept that product for replacement or refund. After you have initiated return request through our website, as soon as you return products at our warehouse. We will refund your amount in your bank account. If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), Customer Support Team will provide you refund form in which you need to fill your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account.
