We had the graduation ceremony of Raymond Leadership Academy on 10th April 2025.
The Corporate HR team & IIM Lucknow faculty devised an excellent program.
11 of our colleagues have passed the academy with flying colors. Their hard-work of 18 months managing both normal business commitments as also the heavy requirements of the course finally paid dividends.
Most importantly, it is the learnings from the course that count. We expect all the RLA members to use these learnings in every future task or project they undertake and also to share them with their colleagues for both personal and organizational growth.
