Yesterday one of our Group members Mr. Rajkumar Garodia Melagaon Party raise the complaint.

I am Manufacturer OE spinning Mill and also trader.

One thing all of you Noted I am not cheat his payment single rupee.

All you known past three months Cotton fibre and Waste cotton flectivation Day to Day. In that time we are huge trouble in running plant very critical situation of all mill. Another part Labour side shortage and Power cut problem we manage all activities to run our Factory.

In that party has told me cheat. I clearly told him in telephonic conversation sir Price will this week only. I take your order confirmation and delivery schedule will tell us end of the 1st week of May.

On 11 May evening i call you that party to Inform delivery time Price and Schedule he was not pick the call and So that only 12th May morning we informed Price and delivery schedule. But he was not understand what we told. He repeatedly asking the delivery the goods before 20 day Rate. We are clrearly to him that is not possible to given Rate delivery the material. You can collect your order confirmation payment. He given the Bank details our account department person transfer the payment another half an hour he collect.

After payment credit his account he forwarded to group.

In all our Tamilnadu OE daily Rate will change. But our Mill Terms and condition week once fixed the Rate for Customers.

Small incident last week happened in OE Mill One fibre supplier has confirmed COMBER NOILS Price on Saturday morning and the supplier told to taken delivery on Monday but need 50% Advance payment, Customer also transfer payment and send to vechical to delivery point that time Fibre party has told Raised Rs 9 Extra for goods.
In that time Mill people has accepted Rate Higher to run his Factory. Now the factory Situation is very bad

Group Admin Conway the message to that party now the Market price are daily flectivation.

He collect payment and do like this kind of chilly business.
