Let's start with the inspiration/story behind this brand (in our founder's own words ):

I always thought I was a shopaholic when it came to clothes. It was far from the truth! I realized I was simply going pillar-to-post to find basic clothes with decent fit. I was forced to pick up ugly looking prints just because the size was
somewhat O

K. Cheap fabrics, weird cuts, extra- long lengths and ill-fitting garments are being sold under the garb of trending fashion. Once, I bunked office along with one of my colleague and we went shopping to a popular high end store. Both of us picked up a couple of tops and we kept waiting to see each other wearing those tops in the office. The funny thing is, none of us wore them for several months just because they were too long for our height and the hemlines were cut in a weird shape. We need to get them altered before we could wear them. We just didn't have time for alterations! As a result, the tops kept cozy in our closets, with the fancy hang tags staring back at us!! Sounds familiar? :)

Being a working girl and always hard pressed for time I have always longed to shop on-line for well fitting clothes. Cinnamon Closet is an attempt to provide this solution for working women. It is a clothing label dedicated to all the hard working women who have little time to visit brick-and-mortar stores. It is for women who want to defy stereotypes about fashion.
