The white Royal Oxford.

Look closely: that texture isn’t printed, it’s woven — a fine basketweave that catches light where plain poplin stays flat. Structure with a quiet shine.

Five steps, all by hand:

— Giromanica, the armhole
— Spalla, the shifted shoulder
— Cannoncino, the sleeve placket
— Travetta, the bar tack
— Asole cucite a mano, every buttonhole

Two shirts. Same hands.

Look at the shoulder line. That’s the manica spostata — the shifted sleeve seam, set by hand in Aielli. Nobody notices it. Everybody feels it.

It’s one of five steps no machine is allowed to touch:

— Giromanica, the armhole closed by hand
— Spalla, the shifted shoulder
— Cannoncino, the sleeve placket
— Travetta, the bar tack where shirts give way
— Asole cucite a mano, every buttonhole
