Last year, we walked through the Mille Miglia paddock in Brescia.
Touched nothing. Photographed everything.

The next morning, as the engines started up Viale Venezia,our son Alexander was born.

We didn’t see the cars leave that year.
But we like to think his first sound was the rumble of a thousand-mile race beginning.

The Mille Miglia returns to our city 9–13 June 2026.
