Issued to the U.S. Army in 1965 during the Vietnam War, the M65 field jacket is one of the most classic
jacket of the last century.
This liner can be used as jacket to line your field jacket or it can be worn on its own.
Tab name patch hand-stiched in the front.
This is an authentic vintage item. As a pre-owned item, it may show signs of wear, discoloration, or
other imperfections. This item has been prewashed and sanitized

Prior to the United States’ direct military involvement in 1965, the advisors worked to train the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) from a small, local force with French colonial ties into a national military. The US Army Special Forces troopers were allowed huge leeway in their choice of uniform to wear in the field. This advisor’s commercially made is in a camouflage very similar to ARVN Ranger leaf camo, with one side in the green dominant for the wet season, and the other side in brown dominant for the dry season.

The M1941 Wool Knit Cap, also known as ”Jeep Cap” is the classical beanie used by the US Army starting from the WW2. It became a popoular culture classic since the 1942, when it first appeared, and then again in the 70’s thanks to the TV show M*A*S*H* with Radar O’Really (hence the other name as we know it ‘Radar Cap’).

Be ready, because this and other pieces are going to be out in a few days!!
