The Brand was born in 1939 in the Houston county, where the founder Rachel Anderson, who was a big fan of the movie "Gone with the Wind" decided to pay homage to the illustrious actress Katie Scarlett O’Hara naming her activity after her. In March of 1948 she moved to Italy with her husbund Fabriz

io, where some years afterwards they gave birth to her firstborn Rossella (now owner of the company). Here in Italy, Rachel began her long adventure in the Italian fashion world. In Modena, she had the opportunity to work with various professionals of the sector, learning new local techniques that allowed her to improve, develop and consequently produce simple, original (thanks to the Texan imprints) and high quality clothes in perfect Italian style.
