EXPOOL is a consortium of artisan shoe producers operating in Marche Region. For over 30 years, It promotes the EXPORT through intense marketing activity.

EXPOOL is a consortium of small and medium sized artisan shoe producers operating in the Marche Region, central Italy. EXPOOL has been operating in the shoe production sector for over 30 years. The Consortium was originally founded in 1976 by the Chamber of Commerce and the Industrial Association of Ascoli Piceno, in order to support small fashion companies with their export practices. In the '90s

focus was changed to concentrate solely on shoe producers who had historically been very important for the consortium. In total more than 200 companies have benefited from the services offered by EXPOOL and today the consortium has 30 active members. From a commercial perspective EXPOOL maintains contact with both clients who are interested in footwear made by the consortium members, as well as the suppliers directly. Both parties benefit from exclusive advantages which help and safeguard member companies through the consortium philosophy: the EXPOOL association offers its members the possibility to use services and techniques in order to achieve increased competitively in international markets. For its members EXPOOL represents:
- A point of reference, assistance and support for all aspects of exportation;
- Knowledge, information and idea sharing;
- The opportunity to reduce costs through joint marketing activities;
- A database of potential clients interested in new business. Furthermore, EXPOOL supplies its clients with the following services:
- Requirement analysis & hospitality;
- Selection of the consortium members able to meet requirements;
- Ongoing support during the commercial negotiations, as required. The Consortium MEMBERS are small-medium sized artisan companies who specialise in the production of footwear for women, men & children. Two main fundamental prerogatives characterise the consortium members: SPECIALISATION and FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION. Each company specialises their production using local artisan traditions, but with a constant focus towards latest innovations. Working to the highest design, fitting and durability standards, with only the supplest raw materials, our members guarantee the best of "MADE IN ITALY" time after time.
