Florence Factory comes from the will of showing a Florence’s hidden side, detached from
tourism big numbers and brighting showcases and having its roots in handcraft labs,
hidden Botteghe, in limited productions. That’s why the first studio-shop dedicated to high
Italian craftsmanship will open this April, with the aim to select, aggregate and distribute
products of historical and contemporary
local manufacturing, and it is no coincidence it
arises in a hotel. Florence Factory’s main goal is to provide unique contents and experiences by making
available local brand products with a high historicity or contemporaneity level, product
quality or production techniques; by distributing the collections in the studio-shop in
Florence and by enriching the experiential offering with the creation of events and
professional partnership. FF represents a cross-channel experience between digital and physical locations and
speaks to an aware and advanced customers audience, focusing on international
incoming tourism. That is the reason why Florence Factory opens up its first pop-up shop
in the Plaza Hotel Lucchesi in Florence where, in a beautiful location in the heart of the
city, arts and crafts meet their audience. FF offers, therefore, an innovative shopping and entertainment experience where it is
possible to visit and learn about more Botteghe at the same time, discover some of the
most striking local productions, see some craftsmen at work, buy hard to find products and
take part to dedicated workshop and courses.
