Grossmann Anita B – A Piece of Sewing History Still at Work

The Grossmann Anita B is a highly specialized antique industrial sewing machine designed by H. Grossmann in Dresden, Germany, before World War II.

The H. Grossmann factory in Dresden was reportedly destroyed during Allied bombing in 1943, making surviving machines rare and fascinating examples of pre-war German engineering.

At Grevi, we still use this remarkable machine today, preserving a tradition of craftsmanship where history and skilled hands come together in every detail.
