Washing clothes releases 500,000 tons of microfibers into the ocean each year — the equivalent of 50 billion plastic bottles. What’s more, 85% of all textiles go to the dump each year. And washing some types of clothes sends thousands of bits of plastic into the ocean. Overall, microplastics are estimated to compose up to 31% of plastic pollution in the ocean. Microplastic pollution accounts for nearly a third of all ocean plastics.

Usually, we only heard about icebergs when one of them caused the death of the Titanic 🚢 However, the process of formation of ice blocks of ice of various sizes and shapes, their journey across the ocean are interesting processes, and their significance for animals and people is enormous🧊

Strong waves, storms and sea earthquakes lead to the fact that boulders break off from the glaciers and start to float freely. This is how icebergs are formed. Antarctica, the Arctic and Greenland are the places where icebergs are most often formed. There are a large number of glaciers with access to the seas and oceans.

Only an eighth of the iceberg rises above the water, the rest is under water. The fact is that its top above the surface becomes transparent; it is very difficult to see it at a distance of more than 500 meters. Many boulders are foggy, making visibility even more difficult. Even if an iceberg can be seen, it is necessary to turn the boat around very quickly to get around the block of ice. The underwater part of the floating block is also dangerous. Over time, the lower part of the ice blocks, which is in the water, melts. They begin to lose their balance and roll over, emitting a strong roar and forming huge waves. The process is dangerous for passing vessels.

Despite their danger, the ice giants benefit humanity. They store a large amount of fresh water. Even a small mountain contains 150 million fresh water. Some icebergs live for decades before being swept south by the current, where it begins to melt.

Ice has a unique property when water freezes, impurities freeze out. Therefore, the ice giants have clean water, they are considered the backup sources of fresh water on the planet. Some arid countries in the Middle East use ice blocks to obtain fresh water💦

How do you like the total look of River Skirt + Melting Ice Top for , who participated in our recent competition? Decorated with melting water droplets, this costume looks perfect on her! Olya shows us her great love for water 💙💧 Check out the photo before and after the transformation!

We must remember that rivers and lakes are the most important sources of fresh drinking water. All cities are built on the shores of fresh water bodies, since a person is dependent on a source of clean water. Pollution of rivers with industrial emissions leads to irreparable consequences! Our project is designed to draw attention to the importance and significance of water resources, we direct the proceeds to funds to combat water pollution.

You can get involved and do your part in tackling water pollution in the regions hardest hit by industrial effluents. To do this, it is enough to purchase your favorite digital garment from our catalog or make donations just like that. Follow the link in the bio to see our entire catalog 💦

Angelina Obert entered our digital outfit contest at the end of May. We give Angelina our Alteration Scarf. Compare the before and after photos, which one do you like best?

Blue snowy peaks will make you fall in love at first sight 🤍 But you need to remember that the snow in the Arctic is melting due to greenhouse gases. This is reflected in the ecosystem and ultimately threatens a rise in the level of the World Ocean and flooding of coastal areas.

Even avoiding unnecessary clothing purchases can help reduce your carbon footprint. But don't give up on a new look! Choose your best outfit from our digital clothing catalog by following the link in your bio ❄️

In 2013, an eight-story factory building that housed several garment factories collapsed in Dhaka, Bangladesh, killing 1,134 workers and injuring more than 2,500.

Behind the “Made in Bangladesh” clothing label can actually hide poor working conditions, child labor, low wages and abuse. The factory owners did not allow workers to leave the building even after cracks began to appear in the building and no one began to evacuate.

Making a choice in favor of this or that brand, we must remember this monstrous tragedy and ask ourselves the question: “How exactly and by whom was this thing sewn? Are the labor and rights of garment workers protected?"

Eleanora tried on our River Skirt + Melting Ice Top. It is sewn from the smooth surface of melting ice, in which the sky is reflected, and drops flow down the fabric. We used ice crystals as a rhinestone sleeve decoration.

This look is perfect for a photo where you see off the sunset after a hot day, just as it is suitable for a walk in nature or a boat trip. Summer is the time for iced drinks, time to enjoy the sunset sky and our costume fits perfectly🧊

Do you know who exactly made your clothes?

Fashion Revolution is a global movement whose mission is to bring people and organizations together to work together to revolutionize the way we get, produce and consume our garments so that our garments are produced in a safe, clean and fair way. They believe that collaboration across the entire value chain - from farmer to consumer - is the only way to transform the industry.

In April, they host Fashion Revolution Week: the campaign to celebrate the anniversary of the collapse of the Rana Plaza factory in Bangladesh. During this week, brands and manufacturers are encouraged to respond with the hashtag and demonstrate the transparency of their supply chain. You can see photos of seamstresses who directly sew clothes for a particular brand, if you look at the photo using this hashtag.

This is a great initiative because light industry not only causes pollution, but also affects the health and well-being of people working in sewing shops and factories. Customers demand low production costs on behalf of brands, while plant owners in poor countries cut workers' wages and force them to work in dire conditions. Finding an alternative job can be very difficult.

Our fan chose the Iceberg T-shirt for the boat ride. It is white as snow with a barely readable iceberg pattern. Our T-shirt can be a great solution if you took a perfect photo on vacation, but were naked at the same time.

We have created a digital collection inspired by the three states of water to draw attention to the problems of water resources and the scale of the impact of industry, the scale of environmental pollution.

The increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere leads to an increase in the average temperature on the planet, and the last five years have turned out to be the hottest on record. As a result, sea water heats up, glaciers melt, and this is fraught with flooding of islands and coastal zones. In turn, an increase in temperature leads to the thawing of soils in the permafrost zone, which additionally releases greenhouse gases. Changes in our habits and a reduction in consumption can somehow save the situation.

We all edit our photos to one degree or another. Our artists will be able to dress you in a new outfit. Choose the item of clothing you like to our cactalogue by the link in the bio 🤍🧊
