We’re excited to welcome our Summer 2026 Designers in Residence to HILOS HQ.

Over the next six weeks, follow their journey as they develop original footwear concepts through hands-on workshops, creative inspiration trips, and mentorship from our team of footwear designers and industry experts.

From first sketch to final prototype, you’ll get an inside look at what it takes to bring an idea to life.

Footwear design moves faster when you’re not doing it alone. Open Haus welcomes the Portland design community into HILOS HQ for open studio time, live demos, and collaborative problem-solving.

Wednesday July 22nd, join a hands-on, in-person 3D footwear design workshop where designers of every experience level can learn, create, and solve real design challenges together.
