Questo weekend si è disputata la terza edizione del Trofeo Cipriani, la regata organizzata dal Members Club di Milano sugli RS21: barche veloci, tecniche e incredibilmente divertenti.

Con Antonello, founder di Manebí, abbiamo subito formato un equipaggio insieme nostro amico Danilo De Felice.

La prima sfida? Naturalmente, l’outfit: boat shoes color avorio e giacca Navajo, frutto della nostra collaborazione.

Quando ci siamo presentati ci hanno anche un po’ presi in giro: eravamo decisamente troppo perfetti! 😅 Ma questo è il nostro stile.

Poi siamo saliti in barca. Divertirsi, sempre. Ma senza dimenticare che siamo tutti sportivi e, quando giochiamo, giochiamo per vincere.

È stato un weekend molto competitivo, con otto equipaggi composti da velisti esperti e tante bellissime regate. Non è stato semplice, ma alla fine… abbiamo vinto!

Portiamo a casa il Trofeo Cipriani e un weekend pieno di emozioni, amicizia e divertimento.

Alla prossima edizione… da defender del titolo! 🏆

We deliberately chose this day for our very first Show: it was my father’s birthday.

I wanted that date. I wanted, in my own way, to celebrate the man who taught us the meaning of timeless elegance.

And from this tribute, as we always do, we created something new: “A Lifestyle Journey” elegance seen through the eyes of Rubinacci.

A journey into a world where it is always summer somewhere and winter somewhere else. A world of different cultures and generations, of men and women, all reinterpreted through the same distinctive taste.

This is Rubinacci.

We began by paying tribute to a great man. Now we aim to create a universal lifestyle.

Can you wear linen in October?

Perhaps the better question is: when does linen perform at its best?

In a substantial 300–350 gram weave, linen truly comes into its own between 15°C and 25°C. Above 25°C, it can feel too heavy; below 15°C, too light.

So, in Italy, linen in October? Absolutely! 🇮🇹

It’s never just about the season, it’s about the temperature, the weight of the cloth and choosing the right moment to wear it.

An expensive outfit is not automatically an elegant one.

Even the finest fabric can look ordinary when the proportions are wrong. The jacket should follow the body without pulling, the shirt cuff should remain slightly visible, the length must preserve the balance of the silhouette and the trousers should accompany the leg not imprison it.

Elegance doesn’t begin with the price. It begins with proportion, balance and the way you wear your clothes.

MILAN EXTRAVAGANZA!

Last night, Vogue held its spectacular fashion show in front of the Duomo to celebrate Milan Fashion Week.

Among all the personalities attending, the ones who really caught my eye were the designers: dressed in black, very modern and, let’s say… rather extravagant!

This morning, I woke up feeling inspired by that same modern and extravagant mood. So, I chose fashionable shades of blue and a rather bold jacket—one I usually reserve for summer parties, paired with white linen trousers and a linen shirt.

What do you think? Do I look modern and extravagant enough… or am I simply too much? 😂😂

Whenever I get dressed, I always do it with the right spirit: I have fun, I experiment, and I try to understand what works on me and what doesn’t. My personal style is constantly evolving.

That is exactly what every creative person should do: keep exploring, so they can always offer honest, objective and well-rounded advice.
