Abitare magazine features the design of the Sonder Building in Milan, a renovated residential, hospitality and commercial building. It combines innovation, sustainability and respect for the historic urban context with meticulous attention to architectural detail. Angus Fiori architects transformed it into a contemporary structure with 38 luxury suites and apartments, complete with a restaurant, gym, and ancillary spaces, which has achieved LEED Gold 🔑certification. Sonder Building Milan • Angus Fiori architects . . .✏️ The project involves the construction of 38 new luxury suites and apartments, with a restaurant, gym and a rooftop, which will be managed by the multinational hotel company Sonder.
The design is aimed at achieving the highest levels of sustainability through an eco-balance control system that will analyze construction materials and technologies.
