Distinguished Alumni: Congratulations to our very own Pinky Cole! Pinky is featured on the January/February cover of Essence Magazine, the #1 Black Publication in the world with Big Dave’s Cheesecake founder and owner Derrick Hayes. Pinky is a 2009 graduate of CAU and she served as Miss CAU during her matriculation. Pinky has gone on to found and own Atlanta’s leading Vegan Restaurant, Slutty Vegan. We are so proud of you Pinky and can’t wait to see what else you have in store!
