- Industrialization and fine-tuning of new patterns as well as proposals for useful interventions to reconcile the needs posed by design with production issues.
- Support for the sewing factory and assembly department during all stages of prototype making, to verify its conformity with the model, following the stages until the prototype is completed.
- Verification of prototype assembly and in order to make any corrections.
- Management of components development, taking from design inputs and managing its activity in collaboration with suppliers and shoe manufacturers.
- Management of the development and industrialization calendar aimed at achieving company objectives in terms of development and production timelines while respecting component quality
