Creata nel 2016 da una idea della signora Mariacarmela Micucci insieme a suo marito, l'ingegnere aeronautico Aniello Forino, si è fin da subito contraddistinta come ideale continuazione della secolare tradizione delle botteghe napoletane. La continua ricerca dei materiali in pelle di altissima qualità, la grande attenzione per i dettagli (accessori) e le rifiniture (rigorosamente eseguite a mano)

nonchè la costante ricerca del design e della innovazione di prodotto, fanno del marchio MONILI by Micucci, anche se giovane, già un punto di riferimento non solo nel mercato italiano della pelletteria di Alta Moda ma anche in quello internazionale! Tutti i prodotti MONILI sono prodotti artigianali e quindi con una tempistica di realizzazione (e di cosegna) che si aggira intorno ai 30 giorni lavorativi dall'ordine. Il futuro prossimo è quello della velocizzazione della produzione per avere la possibiltà di spedire i prodotti ordinati entro una settimana dall'ordine. Una frase che ama ripetere l'ingegnere Forino, detentore del marchio, è la seguente:
“Un uomo che lavora con le sue mani è un operaio; un uomo che lavora con le sue mani e il suo cervello è un artigiano; ma un uomo che lavora con le sue mani, il suo cervello e il suo cuore è un artista!”
