When it comes to 3D EMBROIDERY transfers, it is often assumed that a logo must be made as a single closed block.

Thanks to the continuous work of our R&D team, we have been able to overcome this limitation.
With the introduction of a dedicated frame, it is now possible to keep even separate or free-standing elements perfectly in position, particularly during critical stages such as shipping and application.

This enables 3D EMBROIDERY transfers to be produced in different configurations:
• Closed designs
• Separate or independent elements
• A central body combined with free-standing detailst

A clear advantage also for brands that already have an existing transfer and wish to add a new detail.
With this new technique, this can now be achieved without redesigning the entire logo structure.

Once a sample has been approved, we immediately move on to an important step: creating the related Approval Card.
What is an Approval Card?
It is a document that gathers all the key information relating to the sampled logo, together with the approved physical sample.
It includes essential details such as dimensions, colour Pantones, production technique and production code.
Why is it so important?
The Approval Card becomes the official point of reference throughout the entire production process. Thanks to this tool, we can always compare production output with the sample approved by the client. When production begins and the Quality Control team checks the product’s compliance, they also use the Approval Card to ensure that all approved parameters are fully respected.
A simple document, yet one that plays a fundamental role in guaranteeing quality and compliance throughout the entire production process.
